“Lovely home in very quiet neighborhood close to groceries; extra touches like a welcome basket and basics like S&P, sugar, coffee pods. Excellent swimming pool and large deck, plus shaded sitting area in yard. Very private. Close to I95 and only a few miles to the ocean. House was immaculate, and host extremely responsive to any inquiries we made. Garage was a bonus, as was large, new washer and dryer. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The location was terrific. We were there for my daughter's graduation from USF, and the house was just minutes away from the campus. It is also a great location if you are going to Busch Gardens. The house was perfect. Super clean and the amenities were superb! First of all, the attention to detail - from the welcome basket featuring snacks and toiletries as well as marketing gadgets with Kong management logos - wow - smart hospitality group there! The linens were super clean (as was the rest of the house). Each room had ample outlets for phone chargers and even USB ports on the nightstands in one room - wow - brilliant! There were extra towels and blankets and the pillows and beds were super comfortable. My boys LOVED the PS4 and apple TV and there was enough space for everyone to socialize comfortably but it was very cozy. The kitchen was so amply stocked with all the amenities - from cooking utensils to storage containers to Keurig Coffee and even creamer! WOW! Kong Management Group is going to be very successful as they understand hospitality very well.”
